Like all the other customers, I also am still waiting for a full refund. I ordered a dress which was of very poor quality. I should have checked the reviews first, so cross with myself. I returned the dress in April, tracking shows it reached China, although I'm being told it hasn't got to them? They have refunded half the money, unsure whether I will ever get the rest! I would strongly NOT recommend using this company, due to poor quality item and poor customer service. Surely it is only a matter of time before they go out of business . The item concerned was £44.99, so not cheap.

First of there is no confirmation or contact via the email they give. Then you wait thinking give them a chance. But nooooo!!! Do yourself a favour and don’t use them. If l ever have success in getting my treadmill or money back I will be amazed 😠

Awful returns policy.
I had to pay to return dress in March 2025 and in September after many emails I have had the parcel returned to ME! Had an email saying its a fault if the courier, which was DPD a reputable UK COurier through the post office and no refund will be offered. Dresses were absolutely too small a large size doesn't fit a size uk 12 person
BEWARE and AVOID using this company based in China
Despite the below message saying to email I have a long thread of emails saying its not there fault the courier failed to deliver...despite me having proof parcel went to China and back to me! Money wasted on dress plus return postage. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful company, Im honestly shocked that they are still in operation and haven't been shutdown.

Im so annoyed that I didn't check Trust pilot reviews, prior to purchasing.
The dress I ordered looks nothing like the picture, very poor quality, cheap material and not cheap to buy!

The company have said if I return dress to their China head office, they will only refund if tags on the dress, the dress arrived with no tags! absolute scam. I honestly cant belive they get away with this, time and time again!

Misleading, Dishonest & No Real UK Presence
I feel completely violated as a consumer.
I bought an Elegant Floral Midi Dress from Couture Moda after seeing the advertised photos, which showed a velvet-embossed design. What arrived was nothing like that — just a poor-quality digital print imitation.
Only after chasing delivery did I learn it was being shipped from China — this was never made clear at checkout. I would never knowingly pay £36 for a dress to travel across the globe.
When I complained, I was told I could return it to China for a refund, but at my own expense (£23 tracked). That makes no sense for such a low-value item, so I donated it to charity instead.
To make matters worse, the UK phone number listed on their website is not connected, making it impossible to contact them locally.
This experience was misleading, dishonest, and unfair. I cannot recommend this company, and I urge others to be cautious.

I do not want a 75%credit as I will never purchase from this company again. The mislead the customers. I wanted to donate the item to charity and get a full refund because what I thought I bought was not true in reality. If you want to be transparent, then use the photos and video of the real product you are selling.

Fake product that does not resemble image at all

I wish I’d checked here first!! I cannot express enough how stupid I have been left feeling after spending just under £100 with Couture MOODY!! I am going to cut my losses and not have any further dealings with them as I would then be wasting time, as well as money. Do yourselves a favour and just burn your hard earned wages instead but do not donate to CM!

This is basically a scam. Please don’t use this website, it’s a con, the trainers are really cheap looking and poor quality. YOU CANNOT GET A 100% REFUND unless you send them back to China, goodness knows how much that costs and whether they would actually refund. I’ve just wasted £38.99 please don’t do what I did, I was in a rush and thought I was on Amazon, I don’t actually know how I got on this website! Please be careful.

This is a scam.

I wish to heaven i had read all of this feedback before buying. “Olivia” and her friends are unscrupulous liars and thieves. Awful quality dress, returned to china, now spuriously “lost” in customs, they offered 50% refund. They have in effect stolen my money, refusing now or ignoring requests for the remaining balance. Chinese company, shameless and immoral.

Update:

Not a UK based company- all items are misrepresented on the website. If you're lucky, you receive the cheapest, lowest quality piece of tat imaginable from China, after waiting weeks. Or you receive nothing at all.
When you contact the company to arrange a return, they offer you a 75% store credit (trust me, if you receive an item from this site, you wouldnt dream of placing another order or wanting credit! Absolute insult).
Or you can pay shipping to return the item to China! When you thought you were dealing with the UK all along.
Their reply to my review on trustpilot made it sound like they would resolve the issue if I contacted their customer services.
No.... they emailed back offering me 75% store credit, or continued to insist I paid to return the falsely advertised item back to China. Again.
Scam. How this business is allowed to function bewilders me.

This company is a complete SCAM!! I ordered 2 jumpsuits from the website (believing it to be UK based) each one costing £55. When they arrived the quality was an absolute joke and looked like items that were made in a junior school textiles class. I then attempted to return them, to find that they would need to be sent back to China at a cost of £26. I then waited over a month for my refund, considering the distance they would need to travel, before I queried it. Now, almost 6 months later, I can no longer find a record of my conversation with the customer support team and the link for the returns portal that I was emailed by them now comes up as ‘Not found’. These fraudsters make me sick! People/companies like these will never prosper. Please DO NOT fall victim to it like I did.

Got sucked in didn’t I . Saw that they do returns and so didn’t explore it further . Totally my fault .
From the Uk it was going to cost me over £20 to return 2 very light weight Tankinis.
No point returning so keeping 2 that look mighty awful and don’t fit .
Wouldn’t purchase again .
