I paid for express shipping which was an extra 15.00 and it took 20 days to receive my order, so make sure you order a month before you need your package .
My order was placed on the 1st of September and I finally received it on Sep 21

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - Product Appears to be Inauthentic.

I purchased a Nike Elite backpack from CourtSupply, and it took nearly three weeks to arrive. After receiving it and comparing it with an authentic Nike Elite backpack from a local retailer, I became concerned that the item I received appears to be inauthentic and is not as represented.

I contacted the company to request a full refund and a prepaid shipping label. Instead, they told me I would have to pay for the return shipping myself, even though their own return policy states that return shipping is covered when an item is defective or incorrect.

What makes this even more frustrating is that backpack was shipped to me from Melrose Park, IL, but they are asking me to return it to a PO Box in Ontario, Canada at my own expense.

Their customer service response time has also been disappointing. Responses generally take at least a day, and sometimes longer, making the return process even more frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase form this company again. Buyers should be cautious and carefully review the company's products and return policy before ordering.

Shipping is too slow

I was in the market for Kobe’s (specifically the 6’s) and came across Court Supply on social media. As any first time buyer I was skeptical because I had never heard of this company and couldn’t find enough reviews to really sell me on buying. But as I did more research and reached out to ask questions I soon gained a lot more trust into ordering with Court Supply. Anytime I had a question about my order the response time was fairly good. Sometimes you’ll get an answer that day or the next business day, but they are there to help as soon as they can. My order came in within the listed time frame. When they arrived I was shocked at how great the quality was. I ordered the Cotton Candy color way and wow do the colors pop. The material is what shocked me the most. They do not feel cheaply made, they feel durable, but also light weight which is important to me on the basketball court. The traction is way better than I expected, and the cushion/support is just what I was hoping for. This review is for anyone who’s looking for a reason to buy from Court Supply. I tried to go into detail about my experience so that you can feel comfortable and safe buying from them. I will be buying more, and a huge thank you to Court Supply for giving me a 10/10 customer experience.

Quality of the shoes, socks, and compression shirts are amazing. Shoes are comfortable shirts fit true to size socks are amazing and comfortable.

Excellent quality and great customer service. Promptly responded when I had questions.
