A little misleading at initial signup, but excellent customer service.
Only four stars because I apparently signed up for a subscription without undertanding that was what I was doing. The actual records and service provided was good, and when I use the live chat to cancel my subsciption, it could not have been easier or quicker. Excellent customer service, but less than clear options to use initially.

I thought I signed up for a one time…
I thought I signed up for a one time charge of $7 + $4 for a document. I saw where I was again charged and then charged for a $31 "upsell" which I did not agree to. I contacted customer service and Amanda was very helpful and stopped my account charges. Just beware that there will be additional charges unless you cancel after each use.

I needed court records and received them quickly but didn’t realize it was a subscription. When I needed to cancel I got customer support from Alexander through texting support and he handled it immediately and all is done. Took longer to write this review than to complete business 😂

My records are very confused
The report I pulled up under my own name had many errors. It looks as though it's a combination of mine and someone else with a common first and last name but a different middle initial. According to this I died in 2017. I'm still here and your records confused at best.
