I absolutely love Course Creator 360! It’s a superb support system for entrepreneurs, coaches, and creators like me. The team is generous, responsive, and truly committed to helping us succeed.

There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s incredibly powerful. From building funnels to managing courses, email marketing, automations, and even community features, it’s all in one place. That has saved me so much time and money by not having to juggle multiple platforms.

Honestly, it’s a no-brainer. They not only delivered on their promises, but went above and beyond with their live training and video guidance.

Onboarding went very well! Victor patiently answered all my questions and worked efficiently to get me onboarded and setup but he went rather quickly so it was hard to keep up at times. I was very impressed at the course they generated and found it to be better than my original course! I was able to migrate my course over from Kajabi myself which was pretty simple. But, the nightmare began after I requested a landing page rebuild which was on Kajabi. They did it for $50 which I thought was amazing and I put in my request on 8/8 requesting the build by 8/14. On 8/14, I asked for a status after no updates and the landing page was delivered on 8/16 and I was thrilled! But that was soon overshadowed by a multitude of issues, MULTIPLE emails back and forth with the CC360 Support Team (and I'm talking 25+) and a last ditch attempt to rope in the CEO on 9/1 via email. To date, (9/3) I've gotten no response and the PM has stopped communicating with me on the project portal chat. A couple of weeks ago I requested a new "expert" resource twice and finally the PM stepped in after I threatened to bring it up on the CEO's bi-weeky call last week. The PM broke more stuff and changed things I didn't request. My Kajabi subscription expired on 8/23 so they no longer have a point of reference - just my notes and I'm still trying to get this resolved. It seems I'm now being ignored in the project portal chat and losing potential sales daily. And the really sad part is I LOVE THE TOOL! I'm still going through the training and asked for an extension to my 30 day trial which the PM agreed to extend another 2 weeks. At this point I deserve a do-over 30 day trial. I still recommend the toolset because the training videos done by the CEO are well-done, easy to follow and breaks the tool down pretty good. I just don't recommend having them rebuild anything, especially if it's a complex website or landing page - and by the way I paid $1,200 for my original landing page which I thought was pretty basic. They need more experienced developers and better communication when resolving issues. I really hated to come back and edit my review but at this point I felt it necessary.

To say it was easy, would be an understatement! I'm glad I "challenged them"!

The best part of what makes 360 an easier CRM to use is the customer service. Let's face it, without support I couldn't do what I do. Just had a great interaction with Agha Asfand who not only walked me through things I didn't set up my self (my assistant is off today), but actually implemented some of what had to be done to fix something asap. GREAT WORK!

Before I joined, I have read all the raving reviews and thought people were paid for writing the reviews. The weird thing is: the support of CC360 makes all the difference. I've worked for months on a course in wordpress/learndash and was basically fighting alone. Yes, I got a bit of help here and there, tried chat GPT for some customization scripts, and even paid people on fever. But in the end you never had someone available to answer all the many questions I had.
In the end I quit learndash and tried cc360 - I don't even know what ad or so made me switch.
However, just today I have been in support chat (wich is available almost 24/7) with Shaira. I had a lot of questions as I was working on my finishing touches to-do-list. She patiently went through them one after the other with me.
Long story short: CC360 is exactly like I want to do business myself with my clients. Overdeliver as much as possible - be the person you want to work with yourself.
There is still some room for improvement on the website, but they constantly work on it and take feedback seriously.

My only fear is that they are growing fast. I hope they can keep up with the speed.

When working on a technical part of my funnel I was jammed and the chat agent "Zaman" absolutely came through and in minutes helped me get my funnel working properly. Highly recommend using the support chat team if you need help or get stuck! Thanks Zaman! and team!!

Salman is great, he is patient and explain the concept very clearly. He has been a great help for I am just starting with course creator and I don't know a lot of the concept inside course creator.

This is an awesome tool for a beginning course creator. They help you through every single stage of the process, and the customer service is A-1. I recommend this tool to everyone looking to get in the business of course creation.
