There are a lot of moving parts to putting together an online course and the folks at CC360 have put together a very comprehensive platform. The support has been great and I want to just recognize Ray for the wonderful advice and help navigating the platform!

Their support is top tier. All the staff are exceptional and respond very quickly and provide detailed guidance and troubleshooting. Much better than the former platform I was on (teachable) where support was virtually non-existent.

All I Can Say Is WOW!!!

I just got off my onboarding call and Tony hooked it up. He did my account and another business owners account at the same time but kept it fun, and didn't mix up a single thing. All the technical aspects are set up and now I can just create... so grateful for Course Creator 360 and Tony!!!

First: their customer service is horrible... multiple emails with no answer. they promise to fix an issue and don't follow through.
Second:This is a go high level white label which they don't disclose from the start. Your account is a sub account of their go high level. So anything you create is not yours. The customer service is email and not helpful at all. Very disappointed . Update: this company has costs me thousands of dollars that I paid people to create automations, workflows etc!

I've been a member for many years and once again the customer service was extremely fast and helpful. Ray got back to me within hours of my request and identified the solution without even needing much input from me. Super friendly experience that other businesses could learn from :-)

Its been just about a week and the entire experience has been fluid, professional, and incredibly supportive. These guys are so helpful! I have tried a slew of course creator portals and this one is the first to have amazing support, they get you right up and going, and their platform is very intuitively designed. Highly recommend!

Juan was absolutely outstanding! He was super knowledgeable, helpful, and had such a great attitude throughout our entire call. Even when we ran into issues with the domain, he stayed positive, offered immediate solutions on the spot, and kept the energy uplifting.

This company is doing great job. The chat feature is top notch. I immediately (within 30 sec of clicking the chat feature) was able to talk to a human who was friendly and kind and helpful every time I needed help. I have a few points of minor feedback that there team is currently working on. They are super open to feedback.

I just barely had my onboarding call to make sure my domain is connected and setup an email with Juan. He did a great job. The text messages for reminders about the appointment were great. Very happy with their service so far.
