From the very start there has been excellent communication. From costing through to delivery. I found the patio door set to be of a very high standard in quality and craftmanship. Our neighbours are very keen to make enquiries as they now have patio door envy.

I am a builder and have used Country Hardwood windows/doors on several contracts over the last 12 years or so. The products are top notch and with great back up too. The paint finishes last longer than anything else i've come across and the windows and doors open and close effortlessly for years and years. You won't go wrong with this company.

Very helpful with replacing a gasket on our beautiful kitchen bifolds purchased 15 years ago .Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The orangery roof was delivered exactly when it was scheduled for back in 2012. Installation was straight forward, communication from Mark at County Hardwood was spot on.
Fourteen years later the roof is just fine, so I’m happy to recommend them to anyone interested in quality and no fuss.

Every aspect of the service from initial quotation to design, manufacture quality of the product and after care have been fantastic.
Quality of the windows/doors for large barn conversion were first class. I would highly recommend, and have already done so.

Supplied a timber Orangerie to replace our ageing UVPC conservatory. Very impressed by their product which is a stylish high quality upgrade for us and has been much admired. We visited the factory and had an informative tour prior to purchase. We received excellent customer service in meeting our required design specification and very helpful after sales in handling a request.

From Country Hardwood some years ago and wanted to replace our door seal. Mark and the team were quick to help source and send out the necessary parts we needed. Great communication from the team and quality products.

The entire process end to end with Country Hardwood was excellent. I live in a listed building and it was therefore imperative the new wooden windows conformed. The products arrived and were fitted by a local fitter who was equally complimentary on the craftmanship and finish. The finished result is excellent. Even the little touches of providing the technical drawings, spare seals and spare paint in the box are reflective of the overall rounded service you get. Well done and thank you very much.

Am writing a review 11 years after we bought two sets of bifold doors (4 panel and a 3 panel) as I needed a little touch up stain for the bottom corner of one of the panes.
During the past 10 years these doors have stood the test of time and still look fabulous.
After 9 years, one of the panes developed a misty area - Country Hardwood sorted a replacement pane without any quibble and very swiftly.
This time, Mark again was quick to arrange a small pot of stain so we are very grateful that customer service continues well after the guarantee period.
