Tried it out for an inexpensive at home date night with my girlfriend. She loved it and we both had a lot of fun. The puzzles were challenging and satisfying to figure out together. We are both looking forward to new content in the future!

Ordered the game as an afternoon filler after a day out changed due to bad weather. It was great fun, a good challenge and a nice way to spend an afternoon together. Would highly recommend!

This was a super fun and cheap alternative for date night. I would absolutely recommend this to any couple looking for something different to do! It really helps you understand how you work together as a team. I can’t wait for the next one to come out.

App kept crashing, videos are missing from the series on you tube so unable to play number 4 - drones and enclose. Unsure if there are more videos after that as gave up. Complete waste of money.

This was such a fun at-home date! It was challenging and fun to work together to figure out the clues. I like how in the beginning the game assesses your problem-solving skills and will adjust the difficulty to fit your level. Overall, we really enjoyed this escape room and are hoping that the next one is released soon!

Completed this remote with my long distance partner. Great puzzles, good production quality on the videos and a steal at under £10! Took a bit to understand how to play initially, but the intro puzzles do well with getting you into it.

Really fun experience at a good price. I was unsure what to expect when I saw the price as many of the escape room experiences I have done before are much dearer. My wife and I completed this mystery and had a really enjoyable journey through the videos using YouTube and had to put our heads together to share our clues and come to a final consensus for the answers to each scenario.

This was great fun throughout and required a constant change of approach as the story unfolded. There were a number of answers that we arrived at that were overshadowed with just enough doubt by the clever staging of the videos and the splitting of the clues that we wasted a good few minutes making sure we were correct before submitting answers.

We managed to answer each scenario first time but the time wasted on our part confirming answers cost us in the long run with our final score. Kudos to Couch Clues for sewing the seeds of doubt throughout the mystery!

We enjoyed the puzzles but the ending could be improved. The story builds up but then just stops. We didn't feel the case was resolved and we're left feeling like we should have had a couple more rounds to see the story through.

Such a great idea to fill an hour or two. Kept us on our toes and will definitely be doing the next one.

Was good fun! Got a score of 738 mainly because we were trying to figure out what to do on the first level! Once we understood the way the phone side worked it was easy and great fun!

Pen and paper definitely came in useful. Only a minor argument between us but that was because it wasn't clear which order to put the answer in. Circular sequence of rooms but didn't know where to put the start/end room as you can only enter it once (puzzle 7). Great night otherwise, refreshing approach to puzzle solving

Had an excellent time playing this. It’s a great price for the convenience of not having to go outside. Look forward to the next game!

TL/DR: Bought it to try as we’d done something similar before. Loved it. Good value for money.

I saw this advertised on one of the social media sites and sent it to my partner.

She and I have done a couple of Detective For A Day type things in the past and this one had similarities but, also its own spin on things.

Splitting the information between each of us was one of the things we haven’t had to face before and, whilst it took a little bit of time to adjust and remember, it’s definitely a fun idea.

We paid around £10ish for the experience and I think that’s probably just about spot on.

I believe theres a second case being worked on and, providing it’s as well done as the first case (Toxic), I’d certainly be up for giving it a go!

If you’re considering giving this a go:
Grab your pen/pencils and notepads beforehand!

You may not need it, but we found jotting a few things down helped to narrow down clues and ideas.

My husband and I played this, with a bit of help from our son.
We really enjoyed the collaboration as it forced us to work together to solve each clue. It was also great that it told you if it thought you should change to the harder version.
