The sandals are comfortable, suitable for wide feet. Unfortunately no instep support. It for long walk.

I love shopping with Cotton Traders they have beautiful products in their catalogue I especially love their Black Suede Shoes would not go past them.

Cotton Traders have proved themselves reliable over the twenty years plus I have been a customer and I have found their clothing, in the majority of instances, to be very pleasing.

I returned some items and the parcel was tracked and received by yourselves on 25 July 26. Today is 30 July and I have not received any confirmation about my return or refund.

Length of time for items to be delivered

Clothes ordered were fine and well made. Am in between sizes as have recently lost weight but regrettably they didnt fit.

From order to delivery was over 5 weeks. No communication to say that there would be any delay. Their own policy says that you have to wait for about 3 weeks before you can chase them up. Yet in that time they managed to send me a catalogue in the post. And then you use Evri who have to be the slowest and most unreliable couriers out there! Fathers day gift now deferred to Birthday!

I ordered a blouse and was sent the wrong size. I decided to return it via an EVRI dropbox but was dismayed to see that I would have an amount (£2.59, I think) deducted from my refund. As I wanted a replacement in the correct size, I contacted customer services who arranged a replacement for me with no fuss so a refund was not necessary. The customer service gent sorted it all for me speedily and with no fuss. Proper customer service and the EVRI dropbox was extremely easy to use.

Because i've been buying from Cotten Traders for a few years now, and so far the clothes have been great and the delivery service hasn't let me down.

Always been happy with the things i have bought . Never had any problems, long may it continue.

Very poor shorts ordered 15th may turn up 23rd July must say shorts are great but service not so

Disappointed ,My parcel was supposed to be delivered by Evri on Saturday 25 th July, during the afternoon.I received a second email stating the driver was running late but the parcel would be delivered later in the evening.
Unfortunately nothing was delivered.I assumed my garment would be delvered on Sunday. It was impossible to talk to someone on Sunday except AI
and we seemed to make no progress.
I flew to Majorca on Monday morning without what I had ordered.I was very disappointed as I had allowed plenty of time for delivery.

The trousers were easy to find and order. Delivery was as expected and the goods well packaged.

There is a good selection of clothing and so far have been true to size.
There's just one thing, I'd like see more choice for taller people...other than that..great

The quality is really good and lovely pattern too

I wish when I order something I can trust the size, ordered 3 blouses , ended up with one a size 16 one an 18 and one a 20, I am never a 20, now I don't know what size to order in anything.
