Good quality clothing but out-dated refund method.
I have purchased several items of clothing from Cotton Traders using their online store. The quality of the clothing is very good. I haven't kept many of the items that I bought because either the sizing or the styling was not right for me. My returns were accepted without any problem. The only issue that I have is that I have been refunded by cheque rather than by a direct replacement to the card that I purchased the items with which would've been more convenient. That is why I gave a score of 3.

Was not informed by Evri that they were waiting for a replacement so had to phone helpline. Disappointed with delivery. The dress was too big at shoulders and neck line BUT I liked the dress itself. Lovely colour and broderie design.

I love cotton traders, but this time, the trousers fastener was on with just a couple of threads, I live by myself with not very good eyesight so am having to wait to wear them till I get someone to sew them

Cotton traders men’s jeans and trousers are great
I’ve used cotton traders mainly for my jeans and trousers for the last 10 years. I don’t buy that many but I’ve always been pleased with the products, service and price.
I like that they do the shorter leg lengths as well.
I tend to live in my jeans and they do last me a long while.
It’s easy to order and pay for them and there’s always a really good choice.

Cotton Traders trousers are generally fairly short from waist to pelvis so if you are pear shaped sitting in them for long periods may be uncomfortable. I measured against M&S and the difference was 4 inches.
