Everything i buy from Cotton traders i am always pleased with always a good fit at a good price and delivered when stated.

Everything was first class from spotting what i wanted to ordering to being kept up to date to lnformation when my items was due to be delivered so thank you and well done

All my orders placed and received have been of have high quality the service has been also been excellent
Would have no problems recommending this company, the only improvement would be if the items on-line had the reference numbers shown in the catalogue. Perhaps other customers don’t find that a problem!

The trousers are utterly the wrong size as they seemed to suggest that they were 27 inch inside leg, but they turned out to be 29, and I cannot now find any that actually say 27. I give up in frustration. I have sent them back but no acknowledgement yet.

Fairly straightforward website and ordering process. Swift delivery good quality clothes.
However with the catalogue which arrived the morning the order was placed was a free offer flyer for a leather wash bag if over £35 was spent.The order was for over £100 but nowhere in the process did this offer appear and none was delivered.
Am quite disappointed

Item ordered was not as described
Said 29 in leg length I am 30.5 amd they were about three inches too long. So it cost me send back not happy. And delivery was very slow

I’ve had several pairs of these cropped trousers over the years and although the fabric changes slightly each time, these are still as comfy and smart as ever. Because I ordered the black ones I did wash them before first use and haven’t noticed any problems with the dye. I’ve always previously ordered a 12, which I did this time, and they fit well even though if I’m honest I’m a 14 these days… so someone who is a slim 12 might want to size down. I do agree that the elastic in the waist band rolls around but it is much less bulky than in previous years’ styles, so pros and cons. Overall I love these… am tempted to buy yet another in a different colour 😄

the order did not arrive because the delivery co is un reliable and continues to fail or miss deliver, we have had many problems with EVRi so now I cann't trust ordering from cotton traders
