Lovely experience

Lovely experience . The clothes are on the generous side so I needed to change my trousers for a smaller size.
Customer services were really helpful and rhe exchange was easy. I’ll be back !

I have been using Cotton traders well…

I have been using Cotton traders well over ten years.Products are always good Quality and a great price....For some of us who are not so tall,it was great when you offered trouser and Jeans lengths at 28" & 27" long......it would be great if you offered T shirts,Polo shirts,sweat shirts and sweaters at 27" long..........All of the above don't look right at 29" long on all us shorter men......who you must have 100's of customers who buy from you would want these shorter sizes......it would increase your customer base and create new business.....thanks!

Very good service

Had a delivery to Beverley, East Yorkshire shop.
Didnt fit but a great service from the ladies in there, professional and stress free. Also updates when the refund will appear, so very well informed. Thank you.
