I recently ordered a sizeable collection of trousers/jeans for myself and my wife - to be tried on at home - this being convenient as my wife is disabled.
Our selection ended up as three separate orders.
The first order arrived well within the quoted delivery time. Orders two and three experienced a delay which EVRI, the delivery company, kept us updated about and were good with communication.
After selecting the products we wanted to keep (very good quality and what we considered accurate sizing) the remainder were returned to the Cotton Traders outlet based in Cardiff.
As things turned out the lady who was working at the outlet discovered a problem with the cash register printer connection as the printer would not operate and was therefore unable to print out copies of returns. Between us we agreed that I could photograph the original waybills - with returned items marked up on them - and those waybills could be returned with the goods. The lady quickly and efficiently scanned each item - and as she was alone at the time, with other customers beginning to arrive - I elected to bag up the returned items into their delivery bag after they had been scanned. We did a cross check between the bagged items and the computer list after which I was given Till receipts to check the refunds. The lady told me I should receive a refund in three to five days. Business was completed very quickly.
We were extremely pleased to see the refund for the returned items appearing in our bank in under 36 hours.
Overall - excellent service throughout the entire order, delivery and returns procedure. Other retailers could learn a lot from Cotton Traders.
This is not the first time that we have received exceptional service from Cotton Traders.

E mail to tell me my order was in store, ordered on Wednesday on line, was in the store on Friday. Tried my clothes on to see if it fitted, it did, signed the delivery note and left. Very good service and got 22.5% discount, bargain

Although both of the garments were much too long I found the return experience very good and my refund was very quickly paid

Have bought these joggers before for my partner, prefer the back pocket with the zip as more secure for keys wallet etc. Good quality for the price and great you do the 27"leg length 😀

Ordered Flexisole sandals for the wife. She is very pleased, finding them comfortable, robust, stylish, and likes the duck egg colour. Fit is true to size. Delivery very fast. Good value.
