Shame the items were too long
The staff were pleasant and helpful, unfortunately none of the items I ordered were suitable. One jumper was too long in the body and the sleeves on the other one was far too long, both were very nice jumpers so bit disappointed. maybe you could think about doing petite, something for us folk that are 5’2 or less

Straightforward process from start to finish.
Delighted with the lovely summer dress I ordered for my holiday. The fit , length and turquoise colours of the dress are perfect. I had to return the top I ordered which was a bit on the big side but returning it was easy .

Impressive delivery and items.
Not used Cotton Traders for ages but now I have no transport other than taxi’s, Ì wanted to buy my husband who is now in a nursing home some new tops. We always used to buy in the shop. I Was impressed how quickly the items I’d ordered came and the quality of them all.

Refund
Delivery was speedy. A nice shirt but much bigger than I expected so I had to return it.
I was disappointed not to receive a full refund, leaving me £7.34 out of pocket.
When I rang the customer line the automated response was unhelpful.
