Still waiting
Ordered a pair of shorts fo6 my holiday. Shown as in stock when I ordered. Ordered a cushion to make order worth while. The fusion turned up but still waiting for the shorts . Wish they had not shown in stock. 😔

Cottoned off
Ordered 2 pair of the same trousers but different colours was sent 2 of same colour but one was a totally different trouser not even in my size have returned them and still waiting on refund quality is ok quite a few loose threads needing trimmed off good fit though.

Sizing very generous
Ordered Joggers size 8 which, although nice, were excessively big on me. I also order knee length shorts which, again, were far too big.

Have had several items from Cotton Traders. Ordering and payment is easy. Also get e mails updating me of delivery. Items when they arrive are of excellent quality. Also delivery service excellent. Can't fault anything really.

Hiccup with the delivery system, but kept up to date by EVRI so no worries or concern, package arrived safely as advised.
Have ordered many times from Cotton Trader's and confident of the quality and sizing of items chosen.

The delivery service was my complaint. I received a message from evri on the 21st July that they had my parcel.on the 28th I had still not received it.i ran cotton traders help line ,fab person I spoke to .onthe 29th received my parcel excellent 👌 evri is not good .

Don't give you a full refund on returns!
Bought a pair of sandles for my Mum but had to return as, despite being described as a wide fit, she couldn't get her feet into them as they were way too narrow. Returned for a full refund but they deducted £4.34 off the £19.99 paid, so, ontop of the £3.99 paid for delivery, it has cost me £8.33 just for the privilege of trying on a pair of sandles. No reason given as to why money was deducted!

Summer Trousers
Lovely trousers. I bought one pair at a store, liked them so much got 2 more colours, which were not available in store, online.
Click and collect was the easiest for me.
Had to wait a few days as busy time.
