Good quality goods, accurate sizing. Quick delivery. Very little if anything to find fault with.

As per usual the skirt I bought is a lovely fit. And because it's multi coloured I can wear any coloured top.

Thin material. The colour is not as shown in the photos. I ordered “camel”, but received a much lighter tan colour. Not as expected.

The shoes I ordered are so comfortable and a great price. I am going to order a pair for myself as they are too good to miss!!

I am disappointed, my order for men’s shoes were damaged by Everi and I had trouble getting though to a person not a robot the shoes were not delivered because of damage, I phoned up yesterday and spoke to a lady who tracked the parcel , she said she would send a replacement of the shoes and they would be delivered today but so far no delivery has come, I am very disappointed and I will now think twice before I order anymore .

Used Cotton Traders for many years from when they basically started out as a rugby union clothing and casual sportswear suppliers.
Nowadays they supply all types of casual clothing from probably 30+ ages for all genders.
Their fit is usually spot on,with plenty of room for "expansion" shall we say!
Online purchase and returns system easy,and also a good in store experience.

I have been buying from Cotton traders for some time now and for the most part all items have been great, good fit and reasonable cost. My latest order was good except for the Broderie dress I ordered, the back had shirring so I thought should be a great fit but sadly on trying, the under bust gathering was fixed and was almost impossible to fit over the bust, so sadly was unsuitable. I would also like to sing the praises of the Ladies at the Bordon store, always pleasant and helpful making a visit a real pleasure.

Always been pleased with any of the products I have bought from Cotton Traders over many years, my only concern is the courier company Evri that delivers in my area . They are a nightmare. I am awaiting a delivery at the moment they sent me a email to say my parcel was out for delivery on Sunday august 30th it is now Wednesday September 2nd and still waiting .

Fast efficient service

My first experience of ordering with click and collect from Cotton Traders was very satisfying. Simple process to place the order online; order processed speedily especially as it was over a Bank Holiday period. Items competitively priced with a good discount. Arrived well packaged in perfect condition. Click and collect at checkout in the outlet store was quick and easy and I was served by a very pleasant team member at the Bordon outlet. Would recommend.
