Yet another prompt and accurate delivery…..garments purchased were up to the usual high standards of CottonTraders merchandise

I am a gold member now which gives you notification of special deals first. I like how they at least offer something for your regular business. The website is eady to navigate. I like that you can take any returns to a store for free.

Cotton traders products are excellent, what is not excellent is sometimes when I want to place an order I get the message unable to make transaction please contact your debit card company or bank.this happened to be at the weekend, yet around seven days before this using my card I was able to purchase an item of clothing from them. So instead I ordered things through dealers on Amazon using the same card I tried to use with cotton traders a few hours before and guess what…..no issues and I’ve just taken delivery of items from Amazon. What I’m saying is that there seems to be a glitch in the software that they use. Apart from that, when I can order the clothing is of excellent quality.

I like the styling and materials you use for your garments. They suit my style and I like the choice of leg lengths with trousers. I don’t have to wait too long for delivery. The garments wash well and are good quality.

Ordered new pair of corduroy jeans and they fit just as well as on previous orders for these,polo shirts also are fine ,colours sometimes a bit on the dull side at certain times of the year.
Returns are now much simpler and any gifts are good quality.

To be honest I used to buy cotton traders tee shirts but have bought tee shirts from other places a bit cheaper, however they have never been as good quality or lasted as long. So I’m back to what is a bit more pricy but better quality.

Great Service as always but on this occasion the items had to be returned as (good news) I had not put on as much weight as I thought and therefore all items were returned

It is always a pleasure dealing with Cotton Traders, and very useful for the store which I have my orders delivered to for them to be able to return free of charge anything which I should find is the incorrect size for example.

I have been buying products from Cotton Traders for many years and have never had a problem with the quality of their products, customer service or deliveries. Can only be recommended.

I really like cotton traders. Their clothes are well made and a good selection of women’s and men’s. The only thing that I have found disappointing is that nearly every garment, even when washed on a cool wash, has shrunk in the length.

Ease of ordering at home on-line. Seeing what garments are on offer and simple steps to order. With emails updating you delivery on-line.

Swimmers look fine for purposes of swimming in pool. Only time will tell if they can withstand effect of chlorination

Medium sized Polo shirts are not as big as the previous ones which had the logo embroidered on them.
