Cotton at a reasonable price
Easy to find what I was looking for on line and place the order. Delivered quite quickly. Good quality at a reasonable price. I bought cotton bras to wear in this hot weather. The only complaint I have is that there are no B cups available. I had to buy C and after washing, they seem to fit a little better.

May as well order Snail Mail
From order to delivery was over 5 weeks. No communication to say that there would be any delay. Their own policy says that you have to wait for about 3 weeks before you can chase them up. Yet in that time they managed to send me a catalogue in the post. And then you use Evri who have to be the slowest and most unreliable couriers out there! Fathers day gift now deferred to Birthday!

Very good customer service
I ordered a blouse and was sent the wrong size. I decided to return it via an EVRI dropbox but was dismayed to see that I would have an amount (£2.59, I think) deducted from my refund. As I wanted a replacement in the correct size, I contacted customer services who arranged a replacement for me with no fuss so a refund was not necessary. The customer service gent sorted it all for me speedily and with no fuss. Proper customer service and the EVRI dropbox was extremely easy to use.
