Unhappy customer
I have already written a review telling you how unhappy I am with your service. It is dreadful customer relations to sell me goods at full price and then send me the goods with a brochure telling me there has been a 15% off all the time. Feeling ripped off is not a very pleasant feeling

Charging delivery AND returns
Charging for delivery and for the return was not what I expected. I have ended up paying £7 for absolutely nothing. Will never order anything from you again. Happy to pay for delivery but not to return. Thankyou.
