Order placed 24/8
Order placed 24/8, e-mail confirmed dispatch on 25/8, but no further updates and items still not delivered nor received by Evri. Had to ring Customer Services on 4/9 to be told the order would be re-triggered. Needed the items for a holiday starting 8/9, so if items are not received by then I shall be returning accordingly. Standard delivery process clearly not working.

It took 7 months to get this coat…
It took 7 months to get this coat delivered, it is a size bigger that I am but with only a cotton cardigan under it it was quite tight and sleeves were not overly long, they didn’t have any elastic or strap to close them off from the wind, with gloves on it should be fine. Otherwise it is a lovely coat, love the colour petrol green and it is waterproof. It is only for dog walking so will be fine. Excellent quality otherwis, and got it 1/2 price.

I never actually received the goods I was told the delivery company, Evri, lost them. After a week of waiting, I was given the choice of a replacement or a refund. I chose the refund & I am still waiting.

Firstly I liked the cotton short…
Firstly I liked the cotton short sleeved shirt and I bought all three colours, sadly my favourite blue and white stripe got marked so I bought a duplicate but the colour was dull and the white looked grey. I will keep it as it was in the sale but disappointed . I can say the quality of Cotton Traders is excellent. Delivery can be a bit slow but happy to wait for what I consider quality items.
