CALL CHARGE - Sales call handler , Not a pleasant experience
I am Gold member and love Cotton Traders.
I have used you on many occasions, both online and shops .
Went online today to place an order , selected the item, would not let me transfer to basket, ended up ringing through to place the order , not a pleasant experience with your call handler , I was left feeling like I was a complete inconvenience to her . I think she requires a bit of retraining in handling incoming customer calls.Called at 16:59 , Monday 27 July and spoke with Amy . AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY JUST DISCOVERED THAT THE CALL TO 0844 844 1111(NUMBER THAT YOU ADVERTISE ) IS GOING TO COST ME £9.80 , THATS JUST WIPED MY 15% DIDCOUNT OUT
