Clothes sizing is a little on the small side
Clothes sizing is a little on the small side: fleece lined joggers and poloneck/rollneck tops. The tops were sized 18-20 and I am an 18 but they are a little tight but may loosen up with wear once winter comes.
Despite the code being applied I did not receive the free gifts of tote bag and umbrella.

I have returned an item as I was unhappy with the quality and cut of the trousers, I was charged delivery and return postage for the product which I believe to be totally unnecessary, I think returned goods should be free .

On the doing well side they continue to try innovations with their range
On the downside they use EVRI the worst parcel delivery company in the UK, under all it's former names like 'Hermes' too.
Everything in the catalogue has got too expensive to buy.

Parcel not received
As yet, my parcel has not been delivered and the delay meant that I came on holiday without it. I like Cotton traders products and have bought quite a few but Evri is always a problem in our area! ☹️
