Worst t shirts i have ever bought £50 down the drain. every time I wash them (even on a cool wash) they shrink more, I could sell them as boob tubes the are so short. Also the general fit is terrible. used cotton traders on and off over many years........never again!!!

You can guarantee that what ever you order will be good quality and arrive on time.

The polo shirts are good quality - rare to find - and the logo is no longer stitched across the left breast but on a label stitch at the welt that can be removed if liked (I do because I dislike logos).

However, the returns procedure is difficult, particularly if an exchange is required as opposed to a refund. A new order has to be generated with another P & P charge plus the returns cost is deducted from the automatic refund that happens even if an item is being exchanged for another size.

The telephone number (an 0844 number) is chargeable unless you are canny and scan the small print to find the customer care team on an 0161 number.

Once speaking to member of this team I have found them to be helpful.

In error, I purchased an incorrect size and had to return the item for a refund. Cotten Traders 'customer service department' handled this credit payment extreamly well - Many thanks.

Easy order experience and easy to navigate website. Dispatch was quick and great quality items received. Very pleased with service.

Prices a bit steep. However, I found Chino cropped trousers that are lovely soft fabric and a perfect fit for me. They are comfortable to wear and look good. Cotton Traders are the only supplier of these that I know of. Reliable delivery and got a good discount this time. Quality product which washes very well.

4 pairs of gents trousers. Unacceptable quality for all. Poor material and finish

I came back to Cotton Traders as I know the quality will be great and again I was not disappointed. I ordered 2 pairs of trousers, different colours, and these arrived safely a few days later. They fit perfectly and the colours are excellent. The quality cannot be faulted. I will return again to Cotton Traders in the future. Very happy to recommend.

I recently ordered some cropped trousers - ideal for paddling in the sea with my granddaughter. One pair was a little "snug". I rang customer services (very helpful) to order the next size up, which I had to pay for - but no postage. I returned the snug pair (free of charge) and received my refund promptly. I am now equipped for the beach! Cotton Traders, you are my go to!
