Well I like the product
Well, I like the product and price. On returns I like your policy. But last lot of trousers I ordered were supposed to be 29" leg but were far more than that. On the attached tag it did say 40" waist which is fine, but unlike say M&S the tag did not indicate leg length. So I don't know how your pickers select from stock to supply. Evri deliver on time albeit that the parcel is thrown over my gate rather than reach the door.

Delivery was good and timely
Delivery was good and timely.
No issues with the nightwear I ordered.
However I was disappointed by the bedding. It had a horrible smell upon opening the plastic packaging, which was off putting, plus I felt the fabric wasn’t as soft and as I thought it would be based on other brushed cotton bedding I have.
I washed it with some fabric softener beads that have dealt with the awful chemical pong. The material now feels softer, but not as I hoped, for the money, I decided to keep it, but I wouldn’t re purchase it.

Like not love
Bought three identical to wear for work. Appreciate the look, but they are shorter than other polos I wear. Material is a little scratchy rather than comfortable. These are value products, if I bought again I’d go up a size. Delivered on time, easy purchase process. Like not love.

The shoes arrived well packed and bith pairs were as described.
They fitted to size and were well-made.
