Good price, fit and delivery
I love the short sleeved cardigan I bought recently at a sale price. I loved the softness of the material and the size 10 was perfect. Plenty of room to wear a tshirt under it.
Initially I was unsure about the fit but no problems there. So pleased that I ordered another in ivory.

I made a mistake and thought I was buying in the sale. Didn't check the amount at checkout and spent far more than I intended. Doubly annoying when it was my own mistake. T-shirt is too big too...

My Missing Parcel
I reported that I had not received my order after 8 days and the lady I spoke to organised a new shipment for me and this was delivered within two days. Reporting my missing order and a replacement was made very simple such an excellent service.

Excellent as usual
Excellent as usual, pretty good sizing but I could have done with ordering larger (my fault) and I was a little bit over time for returns, I spoke to an extremely nice gentleman in customer service who sorted it out for me, I am now very happy with my new shirts. Thankyou Cotton Traders!

Easy to order, was dispatched on time, although a slight delay with the Evri delivery.

How did the purchasing process go?
Ordering was confusing and needs HR INPUT. Order delivery was forecast in 3 days via EASY. They forecast delivery Sat 14th August 1800 to 2100. No show. Mon 16th easy said delayed and new forecast sat 22 August. Delivered 1530.
No apologies for delay or explanation. Not impressed . Don't use Evri. Unreliable.

Do not pay extra for delivery
The products are very good but I was let down by the delivery service. I deliberately paid for next day delivery as I needed the items for a holiday. Ervi notified me to say the delivery would happen on 12th August as expected, but then they delayed the delivery and when I complained they said my parcel had missed the connection to the courier. There seems little point in paying the extra fee therefore.

Good items, poor delvery
It was easy to order from Cotton Traders and the items are good quality.
I wouldn’t order again from them unless they assured me that they were using a different delivery firm/ courier. The parcel was left by my dustbin with no attempt to bring it to my front door. It’s only by chance I noticed it by my bins.
