Decided this time to have my parcel sent to a store as the last 3 times Evri has damaged my parcel (CT always been quick to send a replacement), collected at Hilliers Newbury store. The lady that served me was lovely and a pleasure to deal with my parcel was in perfect condition.

Finally dry feet when walking the dog
Finally dry feet when walking the dog. Pick my size (10) I have wide feet and sometimes what looks like a wide fit isn't. These boots are. There is also quite a bit of room in them hight wise from the sole. The sole seemed quite hard so I was able to fit a cushion liner in them, they are now great and easy on and off, no more wet feet, thanks

Ordering was easy and quick
Ordering was easy and quick. I was able to collect from my local store. I’ll be honest I was very sceptical whether what I ordered would be comfortable and would fit well. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything fitted perfectly and is so comfortable. The best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

Very disappointed with both items
Very disappointed with both items. The sandals didn’t look like the ones in the brochure and the trousers even though having elastic in the waistband still too tight! I’m annoyed that we pay for delivery and also return. Doubt if I will buy from Cotton Traders again as I’m mostly disappointed every time I order things
