Not as good as they used to be!
They now charge for delivery to local store. Order tracking was hopeless, even contacted customer service to no avail. They say free returns but the back of the returns form says “£2.95 deducted for using Evri or £3.35 for using Royal Mail”. Been a customer of Cotton Traders for many years, getting more disappointed each time I use them lately.

Thank you for taking the time to place your review. Our postal charge policy has not changed it remains the same, postage to store is free for orders over £35.00 and we charge £2.95 under £35. We have also always charged return postage as we do not build the cost in to the price of our products. You can return to a Cotton Traders store and that is a free return regardless of value.

Well happy with the bras and they arrived just a few days after ordering. The one thing that disappointed me was that I typed in a code for 15 % off which wasn't granted. It was in the previous parcel and still in date.
