I bought the Eloise dress and it was absolutely stunning. It fit me perfectly and made me feel like a princess. I also bought a vest which made me feel like a Pirate from Pirates of the Caribbean

It was a very stressful experience buying from here but in the end I did receive my dress and I do love it. The quality is fabulous. And it looks like what the picture shows. The company takes forever to respond though to questions which can be stressful when you spend so much money on their dresses. Also the dress looks like the picture but the color of the dress is called turquoise and it is very much not turquoise it is a light green which is what their picture shows. I feel that they should correct their color names to match what their picture is. I do want to buy from here again but I get nervous because of all the reviews about not being able to return and some people not receiving their package.

I never got any updates on the status of my order, whether it was shipped or not. But luckily I received it and love it. The dress fits me well and will be used for a cosplay event. The apron will be very useful for housework. Overall I love the items they sell, but next time I would like to get an update when items are shipped.

Outrages! I ordered a dress that never came, i contacted them so many times via email and instagram but i am being ignored. I have been waiting 2 months for a refund which is absolutely ridiculous am extremely disappointed about it. Would never order again is an absolute scam.

I ordered some clothes from this website, waited about 3 weeks to a month and they just came. Looks nothing like the pictures and even though I sized up, one of the tops still feels small. I do not recommend this website at all. What's even worse is that I probably won't be able to get my money back because all they seemed to offer all the other customers is an opportunity to send the items back which costs more than the clothes themselves. Again, I am very disappointed.

Absolutely awful. Scammed me out of my money. Took the return and refuse to refund me. The shipping processing fee is actually illegal to charge customers so they’re basically criminals. Awful service don’t buy.

I have been waiting for a refund for over 3 months. After asking me to use tracked international delivery to China at my own cost, I’m still waiting for my £80 refund. I’ve emailed, used their contact form on the website, DMed them on insta and even commented on pictures to try and get a response. I WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN.

Shipped pretty quickly, and the dress is beautiful!! The only thing that would've made it easier is if they offered paypal. The packaging was also really cute! Also pretty great quality.

I received the daphne edwardian skirt and blouse set, and when it came today I was very disappointed by the product. The skirt looks really tacky, its a cheap tulle fabric and since its see through the seams are all visible, it feels very bad, it looks like a children's princess halloween costume, the waist is gathered in a very cheap looking way and overall its disappointing. I like the blouse but it came extremely wrinkled and its difficult to put on alone because of all the buttons, I'd be happy if I bought just the blouse and in total didn't pay over 100$ for this one set. Nervous to return the product because of all the negative reviews about returning. I hope this was just a fluke because other reviews about products about cottagecorethings.com products are positive but do not buy daphne edwardian blouse and skirt set, it looks very tacky and I am disappointed with the quality.

Update: I tried returning the item and there was a 15£ charge for returns/exchanges AND it requires a tracking number to be refunded, it would cost the amount of the actual product to return it, don’t buy from cottagecore things and try to stick to in person shopping so you can see what you’re purchasing, ESPECIALLY since this sites clothing is VERY expensive for what it is. Very disappointing don’t waste your money.

i asked for a refund 4 months ago after not liking the dress fabric, had to pay for my own tracked shipping back to them, and they ended up completely ignoring my emails and instagram messages. i text and email them every single week and still no refund Or response. it was only one dress but it cost close to $70 and it's been so many months now and i just want a response from them...

I ordered twice already and I love all my items! 2 dresses and a corset. They're all so pretty and good quality.

The quality was better than expected but the shirt was definitely a size smaller than I anticipated.

Ordered 3 dresses from them and unfortunately the quality was much worse than I expected considering all the reviews. But then again, you get what you pay for. The other biggest downside is that their returns are very uncertain. You pay for shipping yourself (which is £25) and they also take £15 off each item for processing costs, which will leave me with less than half the sum I paid for these dresses. That is if they even accept the return.

My order arrived yesterday morning and I can say that everything was perfect! The dresses were packed very nicely, and when I unwrapped the package I was surprised to see how beautiful the dresses are, and they fit me perfectly, they look exactly like in the pictures! Thank you very much Cottagecorethings for the best services and I wholeheartedly recommend!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but considering I have emailed, Instagram DMed, and tiktok DMed the company, I feel the need to share.
The tracker I was given said my package was delivered. it was not. I waited a week, still no package, another week, no package. Finally I emailed them. No response for a week. Instagram DMed got me one response before another week of silence. Finally I made a tiktok and tagged them. Thats what got me a response. I was given a new tracking number (on a different, better website (why I wasn't given this one originally, I'm not sure)) and told my package was at my post office that's all. I went, the post office does not have it. I just want a refund, which I have stated to them multiple times already, but at this point it seems like I'm gonna have to go through my bank.

Terrible online service. Do not recommend. Tried to return one dress, the owner specifically requested sending back by ‘tracked’ post to China. No one received it at the stated address and wasted all the postage and owner said she would not refund unless she received the goods!
