Wonderful store with a unique collection of toys and very helpful staff.

Some communication and organization problems at first but we finally managed to sort it all out and came to a mutual agreement.

Disgusting Behaviour!!
I saw le toy van Sophie’s house with furniture as an exclusive offer. I emailed the company to ask about the offer in more detail as the price was very competitive. Not only did they not bother to reply to my email, but when I looked at the deal again a week later, the price had increased by £20. I can only assume after this was brought to their attention. Surely the work of a highly untrustworthy company.

ordered the pirate boat and 2 lots of pirates. paid for next day delivery and when i opened the box discovered that there was only 1 pack of pirates even tho the receipt in the box says 2 and the other pack one of the pirates has a mark on its face. tried phoning the number on the receipt and it just keeps ringing out

Since I was shipping to the USA, there were a few more hoops to jump through but the shop contact made this as easy as possible and got our package to us very quickly! We are so happy with our purchase :)

We ordered the toddler's trike and are really pleased the quality of the toy. It is made of real wood, well built and well painted. We had been disappointed with the quality of 'wooden' toys from other sellers which can be very flimsy and made from cheap MDF and were really pleased with the craftmanship in the Cottage Toys trike. I've ordered Wooden London Vehicle set for my 2 yrs old son. As a first time buyer, and not previously even seeing products by Cottage Toys, I was highly impressed with the quality, size, weight etc. of the set. Watching my son playing with every day using it on verious objects and surfaces (car track, carpet, train track, bath, sink etc) brings one thought to my mind- creativity is beyond the limits. The set went through a lot since my son got his hands on it and proved that money were well spent. The communication with the seller was very professional and delivery very quick. I highly recommend Cottage Toys products and I will be returning for some more very soon.

Very happy with the lovely wooden toys supplied by Cottage Toys. I have brought from them a couple of times now and I have always found the staff to be pleasant and efficient to deal with.

Not impressed at all with the quality of the garage. Bought a wooden one as though it would be stronger, but within a few days, the ramp had broken. I did report this and they sent me a replacement which also broke very quickly. It was obviously a design fault, but the service I received was lacking. Will not use them again.

Lovely selection of well made traditional style toys. I bought the Honeybake cake mixer set and the wicker pram. Both beautiful toys that don't make your living room look like there is lots of bright plastic rubbish in it too! My daughter loves playing with them as she loves anything role-play related. Quick delivery, well priced items and great service & I would recommend to anyone.
