Excellent Job
Had an issue with my cotswold stone roof and Nick arranged to get it investigated and fixed within less than a week! All work was completed professionally as arranged and property was left tidied up afterwards. Would totally recommend.

Knowledgeable, efficient and high standard of work
We used Cotswold Property Maintenance Ltd to help us get our cottage ready for tenants by decorating the walls and various odd jobs. We are so pleased with the result; Nick is very knowledgeable and the work has been completed to a high standard and very efficiently. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend!
We hired Nick and his firm Cotswold Property Maintenance in 2022 to renovate our Grade 2 listed cottage. His team surpassed our expectations and we are thrilled with the results. They restored period details that had been covered up in prior renovations and upgraded major systems including heating, electrical and water. As with all old homes, there were many challenges but Nick and his team faced them all calmly and to great success. We are now using Nick's property management services to manage short-term rentals of the property. I would highly recommend Cotwsold Property Maintenance.
