I've ordered a crushable Fedora hat from Cotswold Country Hats. Dispatch and shipping where really quick and when it arrived I was so impressed with the quality that I've ordered another one as a Christmas present!

Ordered a present for my wife.Dispatched quickly but tracking did not update. A week later - was around black Friday - Phoned customer service. Was told straight away the item must be lost and another would be sent. Two days later had the item. Great customer service and a good quality hat. Thanks

The Customer service was excellent when parcel was stuck at the Royal Mail. A replacement hat was organised for next day delivery which in the end wasn’t required as the hat arrived a few hours after chasing it. Postage was refunded which wasn’t really necessary. The hat was excellent too.

Bought a Indiana Jones Trilby. Am very pleased with the quality of the hat. It looks really great and is very good value for money. Would recommend them with confidence to friends & colleagues. Thanks😊🌴

Had been looking at leather bush hats in shops and markets for ages but couldnt find anything that looked quality. Came across Cotswold Country Hats online so thought give it ago and buy online. I am si glad I did my hat is just what I had been looking for well made good quality good price. I am so pleased with it and I have had a few comments on it too all positive.

ain’t done a review before so please bear with me. I’ve just read “Guidelines for Reviewers”.
So I’ll do me best….
I do love my headwear, be it a hat, cap, bandana, or even a four knotted handkerchief…and yes I am bald, but that ain’t an issue, I just feel I look well handsome (imagine a mix of Beckham and Merrick, probably more towards the later to be fair) and a tad bit taller with something on me head!
When I’ve visited a city or a town throughout my life, the first store I’d patronise was always a millinery. I’ve been known to peruse and purchase from the very best suppliers around Europe, nay the World. Money has been no object when it’s come to getting the very best head adornment.

Then I got married and had kids. Which pretty much buggered me flamboyant spending and self indulgent fascination with headwear.

Many years have passed since I’ve spoilt meself to a new hat, but, what with me niece’s and daughter’s wedding approaching far too bleed’n fast and my face starting to resemble Alan Sugar’s scrotum, I decided to indulge and attempt to recapture my long forgotten youth.

I only went and found Cotswold Country Hats On-line, didn’t I!
I was excited as someone who’s just found his wife’s Credit Card PIN number.
Their eclectic range was astonishing for lady’s, young and old and gents, young and old. They even had something that would fit my battered head! I chose the Homburg (a favourite of mine ever since, as a child, I first saw Al Pacino in the Godfather).
But then I saw their prices….and said “It’s gunna be s***e!”. I actually said that out loud! Which probably was not the best thing to say as I sat down with my lovely wife to eat me tea.
However, when the said lady left (the room, not the marriage), I proceeded to measure me head with a tape measure I found in that drawer we all have, but rarely dare open. It was bright orange and purchased from a well known DIY store… oh, and metal. If I dare to give any advice to the reader who has managed to get this far.. I strongly recommend that this method is not followed and please follow the instructions on-line because it has been known for fools to lose ear tops and eyebrows!

Then it only went and bloody arrived, didn’t it!!
Perfectly packaged befitting such an item and how very wrong was I? Truly astonishing quality for a truly bargain price!
(In the past I’ve paid the same amount but with another zero on the end for no better a hat).
Oh, how beautiful it was, but not on my head, cos I’d miss measured.
With a tear in me eye and naked pate, I emailed CCH, regretfully requesting a return. To my astonishment a very kind lady/gent going by the name of Nicky replied in no time at all. Assured me I wasn’t the fool I thought I was and not to worry cos “they have to deal with people like meself all the time.” A replacement or full refund was offered with no questions asked?
Amazing service given with humour and empathy.
I do believe an affordable amount of my heart has been lost to Cotswold Country Hats and Nicky.
So, yes, I am sat typing this nonsensical twaddle realising what an ass I am, but looking ********* gorgeous and handsome in my new quality Homburg Hat!

Husband had been looking for trilby I saw company online and made order. Excellent site easy to follow advice on measuring. Order made one morning and received next afternoon well packaged. The hat is well made and is top quality. So good husband looking to make further purchases from them and would highly recommend. Got a hat from Cotswold Country Hats even had their tag on it payed £27.95 not including p&p.
When I look at the tag sown into it it says “Denton Hats” I looked then up and the same hat on their site is £20!😡
