Great value buying a lens from Cotswold Cameras, lowest price I could find on the internet. The brand new lens arrived within the 10-14 working days delivery promised.
No issues with courier and the item was well packed and delivered to EU address without a problem.
The customer service was excellent and very helpful, replying to questions within 24 hours.
All very satisfactory and would use again

It can always be a bit unnerving ordering nowadays when you see a good price. But I had a great experience with Cotswold Camera, the communication was great as I had a couple of issues on my side, the delivery was as promised and tracking was perfect.

I wouldn’t hesitate to order again

I ordered an OM5 MkII with 14-150mm lens, my third purchase from Cotswold Cameras. The delivery date range spanned a period when we’d be away. So, I asked if the delivery could be delayed to ensure we would be in to receive the delivery. Cotswold replied “ no problem”. Much to my pleasant surprise, Cotswold sent the kit by Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive well before our trip. Excellent, professional service. Thank you.

Camera and lens arrived just into the expected time envelope, registered with OM Systems for the extended warranty.
What a camera the OM-3 is. I've barely scratched the surface figuratively speaking, but already loving the built in ND filters. The quality of photos are fantastic, matched with the 12-45mm I am really impressed with the sensor.
Sold my Canon 6D mk2 and really wasn't convinced I was doing the right thing.
I am now.

Bought several times from them, its always a pleasure doing business with them. Great prices quality cameras etc with spot on delivery within the time scales they say. I always go to David for advice before i buy hes always very fair and knowledgeable.

Order confirmation and updates were good and communication with David at cotswold cameras was quick and helpful.

Had a bit of a delay getting the parcel from DPD but that’s not Cotswold’s fault, and when I did get it everything was packaged well - seal broken on the box as advertised on the site for quality checks, but everything in great working order and for a fraction of the price of other sellers.

Will definitely be using again for my next purchase, order was out for delivery after 8 working days and ended up receiving it within 2 weeks of order date.

I have ordered a number of cameras and lenses from Cotswolds Cameras over the past couple of years and they have always offered unbeatable value and exemplary service.

Just one example of how they go “over-and-beyond” is the way that they meticulously box and package items. Most retailers would just simply place an item in a flimsy generic cardboard box and stuff some brown paper around the insides, meaning that in transit the item has little protection from being thrown around inside the box, being squashed and/or offering little protection if exposed to the wet. Cotswold Cameras carefully wrap the item in bubble wrap, then make a bespoke box that exactly fits the item using double reinforced cardboard, then places reinforcement protection to every corner, and then finally tape the box in its entirety ensuring that it is completely water tight; thus, resulting in an item that is delivered in absolute pristine condition.

They are my go-to first choice camera/lens retailer and I highly recommend them.

Quick delivery, high quality lens for an unmatchable price and good communication from the shop too. I have bought from these guys on several occasions and never been disappointed.

I usually work on the premise that what looks too good to be true most probably is too good to be true but how wrong was I. Ordering and receiving my new OM systems 75/300 lens could not have been easier, and the price well that was the biggest surprise as it was far cheaper than anything near new condition even second hand. What I expected was a white box product but no. A brand new OM Systems boxed lens turned up within the 10 to 14 day delivery period with clear communication of the order delivery process to boot. Will I be using them again. Well it would be rude not to just need to save a few more pennies for the camera I have got my eye on at a £1000 plus saving.

Purchased a Canon R7 Body from Cotswold Cameras £799 - considerably cheaper the other grey market suppliers and nearly £450 cheaper than UK Market.

Had to wait a little while for delivery - just over a week.

All round excellent purchase.
