We were looking for a new carpet for our stairs and landing
We were looking for a new carpet for our stairs and landing, and Cosy Carpets provided an excellent service from start to finish. They visited our home at the agreed date and time with a wide selection of samples, making it easy to choose what we wanted. I later decided to change the colour, so we visited the store, and this was handled with no issues at all.
The carpet we chose was in stock and fitted just a few days later. The installation was completed on time and to a high standard, and the finished result looks great. We were very satisfied with the whole experience, and because the process was so straightforward, we are now considering using Cosy Carpets for the rest of the house.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, quick turnaround time, they did a home visit with samples the week before, friendly fitter and couldn’t be happier with the results for our two bedroom carpets. Would absolutely go with Cosy Carpets again!

New name, same people, great job
From the quote to the fitting the service and the workmanship was fantastic. We had LVT in our kitchen last year and decided to have the same for the lounge. We are so pleased with the result. It was a pleasure to deal with this company and its staff.

Great Service
The Two chaps done an excelent job. They was on time, tidied up, moved the appliances. It was a difficault job removing the old tiles of the kitchen floor, but they did not complain just got on and done the job. Can not thank them enough. Great staff in the North Walsham store too. Thankyou everyone at CosyCartpets.

Laura and the team was very helpful and friendly from start to finish of the process for both myself and my ex husband.
He had his carpet fitted week before mine, we both had the same fitter he was really nice and did a great job for us both.
We are both really happy with our new carpets

Great company and service
From the initial call to arrange for measurements/quotes, Cosy Carpets have been excellent. Friendly staff and so helpful on our subsequent visit to their store in Thetford to make our final choice. Flexible with fitting dates then their fitter, Lee, couldnt have been better. We are so pleased with our carpets and thoroughly recomend this company.
