We need a new part

We need a new part, one part of the frame came entirely warped and unusable preventing us from putting the whole thing together.

Nice desk to put a laptop on the main…

Nice desk to put a laptop on the main shelf and an extra 27 in monitor on the top shelf.
I bought 0.6x0.4 inch black ZhiYo cord hiders that keeps everything neat as well.
Minimalist and very convenient.

Treadmill. I love it

I bought a treadmill. Had trouble putting it together and then it would start. Some young men came by and help me figure it out. Works just like I thought it would. Love it. Hoping it will help me to walk better after my stroke

Customer Service is questionable to say the least.

I was sent duplicate parts while other parts were missing. Parts were labeled with letters that weren't even in the instruction manual. The return process has been a mess. It takes days for them to respond which in their defense is stated on their website. They want me to take this return to a fedex facility. The closest one is about 30 minutes away. The box is big and bulky. It probably weighs more than myself. It won't even fit in my car. Then they told me to pay more for a FedEx pickup at my address. I ordered two sets of furniture from this business. The first set was great. This second set: I have nothing positive to say about the product or costumer service. Mistakes happen. I've sent photo evidence of the mistake that has happened. Not sure if they think I'm trying to bamboozle them into a free product but I'd gladly send them a picture of it on fire just so I get refunded.

We purchase a Costway 12,000 BTU Split…

We purchase a Costway 12,000 BTU Split Unit for a 12'x 22' room that 3/4 th of the room is windows. It has a flat roof with little space for central air ducts. It's a beautiful room to observe the birds and deer that visit our yard, but just too hot in the summertime. We had the unit installed by a professional. It only took about 2 hr. and it was up and running. It cools the room great and I'm amazed how quiet it is. We are so very pleased that we can now enjoy this beautiful room year around in comfort. The windows open vertically so a window unit would never have worked. I'm so pleased that I learned about the split unit. It's perfect for this room.

Purchased an arbor with protection

Purchased an arbor with protection. Once we started putting it together realized one of the pieces was missing the end required to snap it on the bar. Contacted Costway. Their solution was to tell me they would send a replacement bar. It will only take a MONTH. So much for purchase protection.

HW53867 useless sliding doors

Received theHW53867 buffet table with sliding glass doors as a gift. No problem with assembly until putting in doors. Doors fall out. Tried adjusting wheels using screw but won't stay lowered and will not tighten. Was also a little crooked when it was assembled. Doors are useless.

Purchase

What I disliked was how hard it was to set up our EIN Tax Exemption information and place the order. It was cleared up after several corrections and after making changes to the account name. Other than that, we liked our purchase, and it came very quickly as well.
