This is copyright infringement and is illegal and they are being reported. Those photos are not their garments and I am really not sure what you would be receiving....as many other reviews have stated, the item looks nothing like the photo. BUYER BEWARE

The product came in after waiting 2 weeks. Does not look like the picture at all. They charge you to return a product that is terrible. The size is smaller than advertised. It looks like a adult onesie but worse. Do not waste your money!
I Paid EXTRA to receive the product I bought within 6 to 10 days, and its being over 10 days and I haven’t received. I try to call the customer service number there’s on the website and no one answers. I try to email, it doesn’t get delivered. And the customer service chat on the website doesn’t help at all and it take days to reply. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I ordered 2 costumes 7/25/25 it has gone thru bank but still in processing payment. Unable to reach the company all emails are demon. Now working with bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I ordered a kids' Deadpool costume on October 18th. The purchasing aspect was fine, no problems. I still have not received my costume as of today (November 7th) The last update I have on the UniUni shipping site is that my package was routed to the wrong city. Costumer service with Cosplay Show has been awful. I have sent two emails to request a refund, however you can't get a refund until you send the item back. BUT I DON'T HAVE THE ITEM!!! I tried explaining that through customer service bot and have not gotten a response.
I VERY much discourage using this company. I purchased 3 costumes from them and have had nothing but trouble. They take days to respond to messages, then give non answers.
My Flash costume was so bad, it was unusable. The mask had different shaped eye holes cut and sewn so crookedly, bunched up at the nose, that it could not be used. They took two weeks to respond, offering me $10; by then my party had passed and I was unable to use it.
The Nightwing costume did not look like the one pictured.
The Green Lantern said it came with a mask, but did not and they took 2 weeks to respond saying that it really didn't.
Rather than publish my bad reviews, they entered "default praise" as the review on each of the costumes.
The return policy requires that your get their permission to return it and that you return it in 7 days, you pay for shipping and customs, then they deduct a restocking fee. That's not very helpful when they take a week or more to respond to you. Additionally, I have had difficulty finding someone to ship it back to China, and at this point am thinking returning it means I get next to nothing if anything from it AND they get to sell it at full price to someone else.
Good customer service I was a little disappointed that I had to cancel my order because of the shipping began after Halloween. But overall they responded and tried to find alternative costume that will ship earlier but I was already committed to different option but i will keep in mind about this option again for next year.
I love this business. The customer service is always amazing and always 5 stars. They have beautiful merchandise and they treat their customers like gold!
So many cool costumes to choose from. Hard to choose, hopefully I can get them all one day. hahah

great customer service who expedited my costume without me paying anything extra to ensure I would get it before the date of the party.
I ordered the costume on the 29th of Feb and received it on March 16th (party on the 21st)

I ordered shoes and they were too small. I gave the correct size and measured the shoes and they were smaller than the size specified on the size table on the website. I contacted the customer service after 2 days and again some days later and never heard back.

Plus, after adding a €26 item to the basket, at checkout they charged me extra €17 for for standard delivery, €3 for insurance, and approx. €2 for customs fees. Total €49 for a €26 order. Cart abandoned. Never again.

Nope still no answer despite many messages sent, always say it’s not worth returning etc but then don’t reply when you want to go forward, DONT BOTHER!!!!!
