I placed an order 10 days ago and…
I placed an order 10 days ago and received the automated confirmation email along with a tracking number. A day later, I got another update saying my order was in transit. I waited a few days and tried to track the parcel, but the tracking link they provided doesn’t work at all.
I’ve tried contacting them several times, but there’s been no response. At this point, I don’t recommend ordering from them unless they sort out their customer service and fix their tracking system.
