Never received my package in which was ordered on June 3.2025. Several emails back and forth with Ben and still no package. They could not tell me where the package is. Now requesting a refund. Not professional at all

I am very pleased with all the items I received in this order! I will continue to shop these items and this merchandiser!

Let me add more info for yall! I ordered the L’Oréal cosmetics lot of 100 pieces for $200. Shipping was $15 which was yes! I also added the package protection for $4.15 since it was my first time ordering here. I ordered on the 1st and received it on the 12th. That was a little longer than expected BUT I called and customer service was super nice and apologetic for the delay! Every last item came in GREAT condition like foreal, I was surprised because you know how UPS and FedEx treat your packages lol. They were sealed as well and most importantly I received more than 100 items, I received like 110! So overall, it’s a Yes for me.

My order was delivered very quickly. I made a mistake with my order and a return was accepted immediately with no hesitation.

Ben was very responsive and accommodating for our order. Thanks!

Really cannot recommend them.

I had issues in the past with delayed orders but give the benefit of the doubt.

The order in total came in parts which took a total of a month when I was told 2/3 days.
First part of the order came completely damaged.

I had to refund customers take loads of complaints and getting hold of the owner is beyond a joke, I took a huge loss.

It’s not fair.

The owner promised a voucher for delayed shipping etc it didn’t happen I did get a refund for my damaged items.

The owner still hasn’t contacted me back for a resolution. The order was thousands not a small order.

I won’t be using them again as postage takes a month on wards and I had to pay £100s in import charges as opposed to sending it in one shipment which wasn’t my fault.

Please be honest and transparent with customers as I was going to place a £8000 order on my next and now I won’t be using again.

It’s such a shame for the amazing products you do have.

The quality of the product was perfect but as a reseller I can not make a profit on there items. Some I barely break even and some I had to bundle together so that I can break even. Very disappointing! I was hoping for another wholesaler to work with but it will not be them unfortunately. Also, they havent responded about the items damaged during transit so I cant sell them either. Wow! $500 worth of product that is worth $500 so much for wholesale!

Beware if you sell on amazon. Ben will be unable to provide you any supply chain documents and you WILL lose your account and all funds associated. After three years as a customer, he f*cked me over completely and did not care.

I called Cosmetix Club to get answers on a couple things. Not only did a receive immediate answers, but I received outstanding customer service! This company is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

This is my second time purchasing and love everything in my variety box I didn’t receive duplicate from last box packed well fast shipping will be buying again from them.
