I ordered an item for $66.95, and the order was canceled and refunded the next day, reason given "Out of stock". The item was then immediately relisted on the website at the higher price of $113.95. I raised this issue with customer service, but they offered no resolution and instead blamed me for the confusion. While they eventually relisted the item at the original price after I complained, this incident has made me lose all trust in the company. I would not recommend buying from them. Spend a few extra dollars with a more trustworthy company. Conduct has been reported to relevant authority.

Website very easy to navigate however delivery was slow as although I'd received a notification the order had been received and I checked Australia Post which only showed they had received the shipping information but they hadn't received the actual parcel. Once I emailed customer service the despatch was arranged almost immediately so my thanks to customer service. Giselle

It was easy to order my 3 original items on 20 June. One arrived quite quickly; but then I followed up on why it was taking so long for my eye cream to arrive. I had also ordered some teeth whitening tapes. The eye cream arrived weeks later; and when I asked about the teeth treatment, I was told I would receive a 10% refund on my original order. Then, I was informed the storage unit with the whitening tapes had been damaged. No equivalent could be found. To the company's credit I did get a full refund for the tapes on 6/8/2025, but the process was slow. I've since ordered more items and there were no issues at all - quick and professional service. Perhaps my experience was a minor glitch? Thanks also to Veena Suvarna my first query contact who replied on 3 July.

I placed my order 20 days ago, 2 bottles of perfume. When tracking my order, one says pending, one says processing. I emailed the company; they are trying to put it back on me saying I didn't read the delivery times. Apparently, they ship within 7-12 days. Well 20 days is a bit more than 7-12. I've asked for a refund, but they didn't respond to that part. I've tried calling the company multiple times, but all operators are busy - apparently. I will never order though this company again. Happy to take your money but good luck getting your product.

I’m not sure where the product is sent from, it took quite some time to arrive.
However, I feel the price is fair and I’m very happy with what I ordered.

Item arrived well packed and the tracking was excellent. Will shop again in the future!

Based up on the product, I am very much satisfied. Customer service is very good and Quick responsive. Hope I will purchase more products from cosmetics Now online.

The delivery extreamly slow. No recommand.

I ordered an item and after a few days, there was still no progress towards shipping. I emailed and they told me that there was a clause on the purchase page stating that shipping would commence up to 12 business days after purchase (or up to 16 actual days!). This was not prominent on the purchase page.
12 business days passed and shipping had still not commenced. I emailed again and they asked me to wait longer...I then told them if they did not refund due to being unable to fill the order in the timeframe specified, I would be making a consumer complaint to the ombudsman. To their credit, they did refund. I'm only giving two stars, not one, as communication was prompt. Would not recommend if you're expecting something to arrive within a reasonable timeframe.

I ordered on July 28th. I received a notification with a tracking number that has never moved. In this day and age if you have a problem with fulfilling the order you need to notify the customer. I have called. Nobody’s answered. I’ve sent an email and it’s gone unnoticed. This is my first and last experience with them.

I ordered a cologne a few months ago and they took a month to deliver it, product was genuine but delivery was so slow, i thought it would be a one time thing but now i ordered another cologne that was supposed to be shipped in 7-12 business days, it’s been 3 weeks and it still hasn’t been shipped and my emails are not getting answered, i had to call them about 20 times to speak to this rude lady that told me they haven’t received the cologne from overseas yet and when they get it, it would be sent to me, i’ve been waiting for 3 weeks and they haven’t sent me a single email updating me about my order’s status. I don’t doubt their products are genuine and that’s why i’m giving them 2 stars and not one, but in terms of customer service, communication and delivery times they are as slow and inconsistent as it gets, doubt i’ll ever get something from here after having issues with my orders twice already

I placed an order on the 24 of july, hasnt been sent out for delivery. Very slow on delivery. looking at the reviews on trust pilot made me extremely concerned. I requested to cancel my order and a total refund.

It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my quite expensive order and there’s been no dispatch notice. Called and emailed customer service but have heard nothing back. Where is my product??

I placed my order on the 7th July (more than three weeks ago). Still haven't received my product. The last communication from Cosmetics Now was on the 26th July. They apologize for delay and state "We expect to receive the item (in their Melbourne facility) within the next 1–2 weeks and will ship it to you soon after."
I requested to cancel the order and transfer the money back. No answer so far. Very disappointed.

Have purchased products from Cosmetics a few times. Great products and excellent service.
