All of the terms of our promotion are available on both our website check out page as well as in the customer's order confirmation email. This particular order was not placed by the individual who wrote the review. Additionally this customer was never charged for anything other than shipping. The customer was supposed to have returned the product per the terms of the order and subsequently did not do so.
