Hi, i'm allready waiting for 2weeks....... the "track&trace" stays the same for a week for now. Is my order still coming or what?

I ordered from Ireland and it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. A great company. I will use again.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Especially if you're not in France.

I bought a perfume from this website "33 days" ago. I haven't received the item even though their claim was to deliver in 6-8 work days. I called their support (which is all French!) many times to get refunded, sent emails to cancel and get my money, but till today I didn't receive any payments!!

It feels like a scam...

This company is a joke. All I got was confirmation email 9 days ago when I made my order. Sent a couple of emails and costumer service is not responding whatsoever. No tracking available, or parcel.

Stay away from this company they said my delivery was returned to them and they asked did I want a refund I said yes and I haven’t heard nothing they are not answering my emails I think they are a dodgy company stay away

I advise the company to return money to the customer for returned goods

Parfumes are legit ,
delivery is a bit slow but its okey (normal)
the custommerservice only know french
they dont know english
how are you a custommerservice without knowing the most talked language
,Im trying to translate to french to understand you ,im i the custommer service? you need to do that or understand it

I have not received order on the 12 Nov 2024. Emailed many times they said that its on the delivery way. Its 22 days for nothing then i decided asking for my refund. There's no answer.

Great price, nice delivery, great product

I’ve purchased my products from Cosma parfumeries almost 20 days ago. Since then, I don’t have any information when my products will be delivered, even thought 3-5 working days was initially indicated. I was writing to their customer service email, however emails have been returned (blocked) with explanation that address doesn’t exist. I’ve spent a lot of money for these products and losing my hope I will ever get them. I’m really surprised to see good reviews for Cosma parfums, my experience so far is terrible. Not only I didn’t receive my products, but there is no way to contact them to complain or get any information. My advise, think twice before purchasing from them

All good, delivered in time!

I ordered quite an expensive perfume online from Cosma website, and when the package arrived a week later, I was shocked to discover that the sealed box was empty! The box contained the packing slip, as well as brown paper fillers, however no product was inside!

I immediately sent an email to Cosma explaining the situation, including many pictures for proof, and since then they completely shoved me away as a client, saying they need to investigate with the currier, the shipping company and million other excuses. I already offered them to simply refund me so I can order the perfume somewhere else, or alternatively resend me the product I payed for, but they keep saying it takes more time to investigate or don’t answer my emails at all. I’ve never experienced a legit business treating customers like this, and putting the responsibility on me to wait all this time, instead of simply refunding me and figure it out on their own time..

After almost two months (!) of this matter I sent them another email last week asking for the last time to fix this, or else I’ll have to write a review about it. They didn’t even bother answering my email almost a week later, so here I am…

I bought one perfume on the website, Guerlain La petite robe noire absolu de perfume. Compared to the version in the perfume shop and online reviews, the smell barely has any longevity, sillage and projection. I put it on at 15:30 and by 18:30 one could barely smell it on my wrist only. I suspect the perfume I received is a copy in an original bottle. When I first pumped the perfume, there were no empty pumps, the perfume came out immediately. Bottle is correct but the performance is not the same as the perfume shops originals. I am extremely dissapointed.

I ordered perfume and paid 106 euros. It was on October 27. The perfume arrived on time but the problem is that the smell is absolutely not what it should be.!! It was very disappointing because I know what the real smell of these perfumes is. I bought this perfume for my daughter's birthday and she was very upset when she opened it and also realized that the smell was not at all what it should be. I think you bottle these perfumes yourself in your kitchen!!

I didn’t get any tracking information, but postal arrived in 4th day after order, safely packed, with sample and peace of jewelry even. Very good prices- original product. I can truly recommend it!
