It's just awful.
I had to return the goods due to certain life problems, but I still haven't received my money, and it's been over a month since I returned the goods.
They ignore me at the post office and on the website, our family urgently needs money for medicine, and the store just ignores us.
If you see this, please help
Terrible customer service. Despite having a store in town, they do not allow online returns to existing stores. In addition, since my order took way longer than normal to receive, I decided to return it , unopened, when it arrived. They said that they only received one of two items, which is impossible, since it was returned unopened, unless they did not send the two products that I ordered and was charged for in the first place. Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy.
Cos Bar is terrible. Do not use them. I ordered a foundation and not only did the shipping take way longer than their competitors -- after my long wait I opened my package to see that they sent me a *completely different product* than what I had ordered.
Be careful. They sell out-of-date products. On 26 Aug, I purchased three Tom Ford Lipstick (number order 00279674), two of them are passed expired date. They show date of manufactured on March and April 2017.
