I found the delivery process very…
I found the delivery process very frustrating as at no point when ordering was i given a window into how long it would take to arrive (e.g 3-5 days).
I'm patient and understand that these things take time but would appreciate this information in future.

All our made-to-order product listings & the delivery information found on the webstore highlight that "..we aim to ship orders by 4 business days from payment; please factor in this extra time when waiting for your delivery. During periods of high demand and exceptional circumstances this time may increase.." & in your case we did communicate with you to explain the circumstances under which your order, along with several others, was subject to delay. I can see that it took twice as long as usual to get your order delivered to you & for that I apologise. We have now been able to restore our fulfilment times & are working on a new system to avoid this particular problem going forward. Thank you for your support & patience.

Good Experience Improved by Excellent Customer Service
I ordered two sweatshirts; which were promptly printed and dispatched so that I had the goods within 4 working days - an excellent turnaround for garments printed to order. The quality of print and garment was excellent - a lot better than I've personally seen for some quite widely known high street brands
Sadly though, the sizing was not as expected. That said, the response to my email from customer services came back promptly, even over a bank holiday weekend. The person I dealt with, Stef, was professional, understanding and cleared up the issue without any further problems. I would definitely recommend shopping with Corvidculture.
