Website is easy to use and contains lots of useful information. Shipping charges and currency conversions are clearly explained. Shipping was fast (received in 3-4 days). And the tools are very nice! (ordered misc Gold and other rasps and files). Very good buying experience and products.

I live in an area that makes online ordering a necessity (rural Maine). International parcels can be tricky to deliver and receive. FedEx, UPS, US Mail, etc have restrictions on what and where they will deliver a package.
I ordered a file from Corradi online and paid with PayPal (nice!)-my first time dealing with this company. Customer Service contacted me almost immediately to determine if my address was a US PO Box or an actual location. FedEx would not deliver to a PO Box.
A couple of back and forth messages (well after 9pm in Italy I might add) I furnished Corradi with a PO and an actual street address. My local PO said they would receive a FedEx pkg but I left it to Corradi to choose the appropriate delivery method.
Corradi has a 3day Delivery promise on their products. There was NO WAY my files would arrive in 3Days from Italy. 2 days later, a FedEx truck rumbled up our 1/2 mile gravel drive and a very pleasant driver delivered my package. Corradi customer care had literally gone the extra mile to get me my tools. This was superb customer service.
So there you have it-an international order diligently processed after work-hours, shipped and received in less than 2 days to a remote area-with a smile-all done as a matter of course. My highest praise!

Ps…the files are superb!

Great tools shipped very fast. I have not used the 12" combi riffler rasps yet, but I have spent a few hours using the 6" half round gold precision rasps on a wood model. They cut very well, and the 10 cut is wonderful for delicate work.

Just TOP NOTCH. I have been collecting files for a long while. It's hard to find modern files that compare to the vintage steel in glardons grobets hellers etc from old silversmith rifflers, engravers needle files, to hand stitched rasps I've got and seen them all. These are as GOOD as you can get in a modern equivalent. Just beautiful files. Great checkering set and unbeatable value with the riffler sets. Shipping from Italy to USA (east coast) was a few DAYS. Seldom do you find an outfit like Corradi. Don't think, just buy them. You wont regret it......you WILL if you dont!

Very Pleased with the saw files and rasp, especially the rasp! My items were easy to shop for, received in three days, and the rasp is amazing!

Fast on time and absolutely world class metal work. I used Grobet, Fein, Stanley, etc... these are head shoulders above the rest. If you want the best stop messing around and order. Italy to Arizona in three days. Unbelievable.

Great experience. The products that were shipped from Italy got here in Oregon sooner than products within the U.S. Along with that I got detailed updates via text and email.

This is just like the first time I purchased something from Corradi Shop. Everything was well packaged, it only took the amount of time they said it would, and the products are as they described.

After lots of research I came upon this company. I took a chance buying these because I never held one in my hand here in the states before but after using these, they are with out a doubt quality files. These will last the lifetime of my career as a machinist with the proper care and maintenance.

This was a gift to my son-in-law. I already own two of the Handy Rasps and I like the size, weight, hand proportions and most of all the quality and functionality. An indispensible tool in my wood shop. Now, if Corradi would make a Handy Rasp with a finer cut, that would also be a tool I'd love to have.

I bought two of your very expensive rasps because I was told they were the best. I know very little about wood rasps so I bought the medium cut (6 I think) and found that it is still far too coarse for the detail work I need to do on pistol grips. I need a very fine file for this work. It would have been helpful to SEE how a piece of wood looks with each grade of file. Buying these was a very expensive mistake…

Quick shipping. Love the files, especially being cut on both sides. I'd prefer a slightly finer stitching on the rasp end. I'll use a larger rasp to hog off a lot of wood. I want the smaller riffler rasps for refining detail.
