Carla is always very respectful and knowledgeable in referencing my account. She has a very pleasant demeaner and communication skills. It is always a pleasure interacting with her and she makes it easy to answer the phone when she calls.

Thank you so much CCS for your outstanding work and professionalism! They helped me clear my debts one by one and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. In a time when I was stressed n truly scared, Todd and Rachel clearly explained the process and they did absolutely everything they said and even more. Would highly recommend Nationwide Financial, 100%. Clear, concise, capable, experienced, truthful and complete. Great program. Allow them take control so you can get back to running your business!!! You will be glad you did.

Ashley has been my saving grace in this offer to settle. She has been a rock of stability for me. My first manager never called and Ashley has called me to check in every week.

At first I was skeptical but they did what they said they would do! This helped with my weekly payments and the total that I owed. If you're done working with MCA's for good and need some help, they are the guys to talk to!

I don't give out 5 stars because I feel there's always room for improvement, with that being said, I would definitely rate my experience a 4.5! Tobi was great to work with every step of the way.

Iesha was very helpful and I felt that she went above and beyond to assist me.

At first we said it's too good to be true we didn't believe no one was going to be able to help us with such big loans! But Tobi did!! Her and the entire team have been great to us!! She was always there to answer our questions and always made us feel like there was a solution 👍🏽! At the end we even got some money back, that we didn't even know about it 😅! Thank you Tobi

I can't say the results met my expectations and if I had it to do over again I would have worked with the vendor directly. However, I love the weekly communications. I was more impressed with the demeanor of the first weekly contact until it changed later in the process. The negotiator was definitely on my side and fought hard for me. She communicated effectively and responsively. I would highly recommend requesting Tobi as a negotiator in the process.

Customer service is nonexistent with CCS. Calls or emails are not answered after they abscond with your money. Both Carly and Kalena have provided unfavorable customer service failing their customer. CCS is a scam do not use them.

I am working for Krueger Landscaping and have left no less than a dozen messages for Kalena.

Carly promised to email a copy of the accounting and agreement yesterday which has not been done. I left more messages for her today without a call back.

We want an accounting of the monies pulled from the account and how they have been spent. We want to be returned all funds that have not been earned.
