Cornix suddenly stopped operating with no reason and threw members subscriptions away. Didn't care if we have a valid subscription or not

Suddenly deleted a signal bot of vip channel group without warning.

The fact that tbey changed their policies and stopped our trades and memberships from happening all of sudden shows that they do not care about their customers

I've lost a huge amount of money due to this faulty platform that spoils good traders operations, leaving its followers with little profit or even huge losses. The idea behind it is great, but several years have passed and yet they didn't manage to release a stable, safe versión. Its pricing is really overpriced right now.

Super bad. Stay Away.

My experience was very bad, the support didn't really take care of the problems. For me, the app didn't work properly and I lost money. My problem wasn't taken seriously and they replied with standard answers and blamed the exchange.

I am seeing reviews regarding Cornix being a scam company. This is not true. I use the service for other signal channels and they work perfectly well. The customer service is great and their technical support team is also.

So why the 1 star rating you might ask, well the VIP Channel has suddenly not being supported by Cornix.

They stopped VIP channel and my subscription gone
There's no responsibility from cornix about uses

Imagine being member in VIP channel for 2 years and cornix too then everything stops between both for no reasons

This is ridiculous and away from successful business
I warn everyone from using Cornix or marketplace
You might pay fees like me to premium channel and to cornix then got nothing
Cornix support replying with excuses that the problem from channel although i contacted admin of VIP channel and the reason was cornix and i believe what he said because the channel is not available in store
This is ridiculous to get nothing for paying subscriptions
I wish everyone read this review before subscribing to such company

I almost never feel the need to visit Trustpilot to give a praise to a company, but Cornix is an exception. I can't even count the times when Cornix employees went far and beyond to help me, even to fix mistakes that I made to my own trades. Companies with this level of customer support are rare and I'm happy to be using their application. If you came here to see if Cornix is worth it, all I can tell you is to go ahead and subscribe with them. They are a company worth supporting and their application is well made and greatly simplifies trading.

Support is amazingly helpful. I've been on it for two weeks now and bugged them with every possible configuration detail you can imagine, since I'm a picky control freak. No matter how helpful the YouTube tutorials or their help page is, someone completely new to bot trading probably could not have optimized their bot the way I've done in such a short amount of time if it weren't for the ever patient, long suffering support staff. Haha.

Once you get past the learning curve, Cornix is a very no frills package. Simple, and to the point.

A word of warning: bot trading (well, trading in general) is for those who are detail oriented enough to sit there and truly optimize their bot configuration based on their trading style, risk tolerance, and/or whatever signal service they're using. Oh, and understand important trading concepts, like risk/reward, win rate, and otherwise basic math.

As far as the negative reviews here, just look at them. People who can't so much as determine the distinction between a trading bot and whatever signal service they signed up for. And I'd bet money the reason they even lost money is because they they thought they'd make a Cornix account, connect it to the signals channel, and instantly profit. They probably weren't even intelligent enough to look over the configuration.

Configuration, my friends, is everything.

Anyway. Highly recommended. Great team.

Cornix support is very helpfull, i just message them a few minutes and they quickly respond and help me to all my questions, they also help me step by step from beggining until i successfully connected and activate my Binance account to cornix and find well my channel group.. this cornix is recommended 100%

Don't trust this site like I did! They are completely irresponsible. I invested a considerable amount, connected their bot, and sometimes it starts trading, sometimes it doesn’t. The support doesn't give a clear answer. The conclusion I draw is that you cannot rely on their company...

I lost all my money after joining cornix supported channel degen vip premium crypto signals . Admin of this channel is keeping more and more scam by adding fake reviews to attract newbies members like me .
When I showed him losses he blocked me and deleted chat and he said he is number1 in cornix and controls everything in cornix some words like that
Cornix support doesn't do anything about that

I have more than a year experience with Cornix, mostly use Tradingview bots with webhooks via Cornix.
All amount of settings you can use with Cornix are more than enough for successful trading, prices are fair enough and whole support team (24/7) are very kind and help with each type of question.
They already optimise and add more features, i'm very happy to find service like this!
