Shysters

The roofers inadvertently caused some minor (but disgusting) damage to one of the apartments*. When I contacted the company head about the issue, he engaged in sickening and dismissive gaslighting in relation to the damage, with nil-payout the only objective.

I have since forwarded additional supporting evidence to prove my position, and I believe the head now knows he was grifted by one of his sub-teams. Sadly, even that turn did not evoke any conciliatory action nor contact, at all.
