I returned the goods as requested for a full refund covering the costs of posting and with a tracking number ….I contacted them to see if they had been received . They said they would look into it and would reply within 30 mins. It’s now 24 hrs since I emailed and I have had no further contact from them. They are a scam company.

MASSIVE FRAUD FOR SNAKE OIL

The diabetic community is increasingly being targeted with ever more fraudulent scams for over priced snake oil. This is because get rich quick fraudsters are taking advantage of folk diagnosed with the incurable diabetic disease type 2, and these crims don’t give a toss about ripping folks off. This is one of the latest scams - using a fake AI generated video of persuasion using the unauthorised image and voice of British t.v presenter Dr Hilary Jones.

A number of potential customers have contacted him and this is his reply:

“Hello - I’m afraid this is a scam . Any use of my image or name by this company is completely fraudulent and I would encourage you to contact the social media platform on which you saw this scam advert and also because it purports to be a medical product report it to the MHRA who can investigate further.

It beggars believe that these scam companies have the audacity to fraudulently advertise their snake oil potions to suck in seriously ill folk. But it is worse.

I investigated the cost of this one. I tried with PayPal. It was offering a three for £39 deal. But when I got to the payment page the cost went up to £109. But even worse despite me never hitting ‘pay now’ they fraudulently created a sale, charged my account for £109, and had the damned cheek to email me thanking me for my order.

When I emailed them back they declined to cancel this and refund me the money taken without my authorisation.

This company is based in the Netherlands. The Dutch will have strict laws about selling medical treatments using fraudulent methods. We have contacted them.

But imagine the quality of their snake oil product promoted by an AI generated fraud video, extracting payment by financial criminal fraud, and likely as not failing to send the product anyway.

Obviously they don’t give a toss about ripping off seriously ill folk. Disgraceful.

I wish I had looked at the Reviews before I purchased.My experience is the same as those listed before me.
I have now come off of Facebook as I do think they should have a proactive Fraud Department that vet these Scammers like Corevalin.

Robbers, do not buy anything from this company, they will keep taking money from your bank until you block them

Really want to give this no stars. Like everyone else we ordered one bottle for £36 and next thing we've got 5 bottles at a cost of £149. When we emailed they were adamant that that was what we had ordered. Rubbish.

Scammers!!!!!! Tried to charge my 89 year old mother an additional £79, on top of the £36 for 1 bottle of God knows what is in these capsules. Looks like multivitamins, but I doubt these charlatans are legitimate, so I’ve binned the bottle. Thankfully the bank intercepted & declined the additional payment. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE REPUGNANT SCAMMERS!!!!!

Deserve no stars. On 16/9/26 ordered 3 bottles to assist bladder health £32.98. They added on £65.97 I did not order. I tried to cancel within an hour, but they had ‘already’ despatched. I am trying to sort with my credit card company. Advice- don’t under any circumstances deal with this company.

One star is to good SCAM
Ordered 1 bottle yesterday at £36. Charged £149 for 5 bottles got in touch with them within two hours and said they are looking into it. This morning 17th got an email that it was dispatched
Also received a form that I can keep the 5 and pay 40 percent or return paying postage
Pay postage for items I did not order. I am 78 years old and these people scammed me. Hope PAYPAL will help me.
I tried PAYPAL to get my money back for the order I did not place but they ruled in favour of these scammers. Therefore I paid the postage to Nederlands of £18 with insurance to send it back it was held by the Netherlands customs from 30th September. I was told the customs was trying to contact them therefore I sent them an email stating this they did not do anything. Royal Mail is returning the items to me not sure how much I will have to pay for the return. Got in touch again with PAYPAL and they have re-opened the case fingers crossed. I am a OAP cannot afford to loose £149.

I ordered 3 and now have 9 coming! My Bank called to confirm and are assisting to gei the excess back, I emailed within an hour of receiving invoice and they said it had been processed and couln't change. BEWARE, their order form does not allow you to check it before it takes payment. Do not deal with this US company,

This was disastrous from beginning to end. I ordered and paid for a Corevalin supplement, which I still have not received, 15 days now. They also took two more, unauthorised sums of money from my account, unauthorised. I have tried to contact them, four times now, with no reply. One star is way more than they deserve. Thank you my bank and VISA who have helped me with this mess.

I ordered 1 bottle and at the checkout was charged for five resulting in me paying £149 instead of £36. I do not recommend.

They said it was dispatched within half an hour too quick for me to contact the bank and stop the payment Yet the return process apparently takes up to 3 weeks. Let's see. I want a refund

Bought so I thought 1 bottle to help lower blood sugar. No mention of weight loss in ad I ended up with 5. Bottles due to there confusing checkout out and ended up paying 149 pounds
