As a small charity, SOS Silence of Suicide is reliant upon vital core services doing what they should and, as importantly, that the level of customer support and engagement is available when we need it most.
We signed up with Core telecom for an 03 number in 2020 and can honestly say that the experience has been smooth and our account manager, Mike, alongside the tech team, go the extra mile every single time to assist. Nothing is too much trouble.
Running a charity can be stressful and time heavy, and having 08 as our telephony partner has helped reduce the need for us to place resources in trouble shooting as they are only too happy to help us with any issues and take it off our hands.
We have had some very bad experiences with telephony/telephony providers who do not take the time to listen to what we need, therefore the systems do not work for us. They are also not available or sound as if they're reading from a script when we trouble shoot. This does not happen with 08, who treat you as individuals with a genuine concern or worry.
From the very start, they go through their systems with you, giving you the very best understanding of what is being provided and this support continues (in our case for 2 years)
You're never made to feel 'stupid for not knowing', in fact, quite the opposite. They are willing to take on board suggestions or observations.
An absolutely all round fantastic service delivered by an outstanding team of people.
