I ordered headphones two weeks ago and I've had nothing ever since the order confirmation. My emails have gone unanswered and the customer service phone line is a switched off mobile. It feels like either something has gone wrong with the business or I've just had my money stolen. Either way, I'll be following it up.

Follow up: After investigation, my credit card company refunded me my purchase - so they were satisfied I will never receive my purchase.

I ordered 2x Genuine Google Pixel cables, as advertised on eBay, with picture quite clearly showing the item in Google packaging. However the item that was delivered is clearly not Google branded and I would guess is a cheap import. This is surely a breach of trading standards, which is my next port of call.

I found their products to be of good quality, and the seller reliable, consistently delivering items on time. Therefore, I recommend this company as trustworthy.

When my order did not arrive by the date given, I emailed Corenec and received a prompt reply and an apology with a new delivery. I happy to say that that date was kept. My order arrived in good condition and well packaged.

Ordered my items 10 days ago… I wrote twice to have some information about my items… no replies no items….
That’s a scam!

Placed order on 2nd July. Still no earbuds. No refund and no answer on phone or from email. Go elsewhere.

Ordered 2 pairs of Samsung wired bud earphones 3mm jack connection both work properly and sound is great. Helpful Customer Service entered wrong delivery address this was changed and arrived at address required. Delivery was great came a few days earlier than advised. I would definitely purchase from CORENEC again in the future. THANK YOU
