I ordered a yoga mat
I ordered a yoga mat, easy to order - good website . Unfortunately the delivery company Evri failed to deliver or update tracking .
You were very responsive to emails Evri not so. I had to request a refund which is being processed . Dont think Evri knew where parcel was. Unfortunate as I wanted the yoga mat .
