When I had a problem with checking in your team called me and sent me a link to finish.

It took me a while to figure out how to renew my prescription. But then I finally figured it out and I’m all set.

My initial experience was nothing short of 5 star. The refill, not so much. The website, after completing the first half of my 6 month subscription, kept insisting I had to do a check in, after I had done one. And the prescription refill didn't get mailed after TWO assurances that I had done everything required to get the refill mailed. It was only because I persisted three times to ensure that it was mailed to me that it did the trick. Mind you, the CS people were really great, courteous and professional, but somehow had to be prompted too much to complete this simple task. So, two stars off for that. Overall, wonderful drug that is doing great things for me. The site and system needs some work. Thanks.

I have been taking a 15 mg strength for about a year and a half\. I switched from Eli Lilly to CoreAge Rx in March of this year and initially had a good experience\.

In September, I ordered another three months through CoreAge Rx\. I was then told I would need to start over at 2\.5 mg\. I explained that I had already been taking the 15 mg strength for a year and a half and that starting over at 2\.5 mg was not acceptable to me\.

They told me they would get the 15 mg strength sent to me, but it has now been a month and I still have not received it\. I have contacted customer service at least six or seven times, and each time I have been told that it would be taken care of and shipped\. It still has not arrived\.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the way this situation has been handled\. A month is far too long to wait after repeatedly being told that my medication would be sent\.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend CoreAge Rx\. The customer service has been very frustrating, and I feel like I have been given promises without results\.

Previously I was using terzepitide through a different company. I had great weight loss results but suffered from gastroparesis. When I was happy with my weight loss I stopped using the medication but instantly began gaining weight back.
I reached out to CoreAge and asked to be put on a maintenance dose to maintain my weight. At first, I was not happy because I didn't have the same side effects I had grown to expect. But I've maintained my weight consistently for over 6 months with CoreAge without the side effects.
I was prediabetic, and my A1C is much lower now. My high blood pressure has lowered, and I feel good.
